Who this is for

The customer who hesitates at the quote

The order is right, but the budget is not there this month, and the conversation stalls on price.

The customer who could buy bigger

With financing on the table, the deal size changes, and so does your order value.

The recurring buyer on tight terms

Stock or equipment purchases that repeat every quarter and could run through financing instead of squeezing cash flow.

The sales team that needs an answer at the point of sale

Not a follow-up call three days later, when the moment to close has already passed.

What the programme gives your business

Earn

A share of Capvant’s lending commission on every funded referral, on top of the order the funding unlocks. Uncapped, tiered by volume, and tracked per referral.

Serve

Orders stop dying on budget timing: equipment, stock and working-capital finance through one referral, with no added cost to your customer on standard referrals.

Grow

Funding headroom insight across your customer base: see who can finance a larger purchase, and put the bigger quote on the table first.

How it works

1

Refer at quote time

Share your referral link with the quote or add the customer in your portal. The application takes about a minute to start, right when the customer is deciding.

2

We qualify against the panel

Companies House verification and the Capvant Check, our automated funding assessment, run against the referral and match it to the lenders whose criteria it actually fits.

3

A consented introduction goes out

The customer is introduced to the matching lenders only once they have agreed. Calls usually arrive within one working day and online offers within two.

4

You stay in the loop

Live status per referred customer in your portal, from introduction to funded. The customer relationship stays yours; we only arrange the funding.

5

Commission lands automatically

Once the purchase funds, commission is attributed to your account on top of the order value. Nothing to invoice, nothing to chase.

Your partner toolkit

Client Radar, fundability reports and advisory letters run off UK Companies House data and are available to UK partners. Pre-qualification links and live status work in every market.

Client Radar

See how much financing headroom a customer has, using Companies House filings, before you build the quote, so you can lead with the bigger option.

Fundability Reports

Generate a clean, branded report on a customer in a click: score, signals and recommended next steps, useful for a larger repeat order.

Advisory Letters

Turn a report into a plain-English letter on funding position, sent under your name, a natural reason to open the bigger quote conversation.

Pre-qual Links

A tracked link attached to the quote so customers pre-qualify before they ever speak to a lender, with no impact on their credit score.

Live Deal Status

Submission status, offer terms and outcome, updated the moment a lender replies, so your sales team always knows where an order stands.

Commission Statements

Funded amounts, tier progress and payout history, all in one place, with nothing to invoice.

The commission model

A share of Capvant’s lending commission on each funded referral. Tiers are set by funded deals over the trailing 12 months and upgrade automatically. Nothing to negotiate, no cap, and identical across every edition of the programme.

What partners ask before joining

The questions that come up in the first conversation, answered plainly.

Who owns the customer relationship?

You do, start to finish. Capvant arranges the funding only; the sale and the ongoing account stay entirely yours.

Will Capvant try to sell my customer anything else?

No. Capvant runs the funding introduction on the referral you make and nothing beyond it. There is no cross-sell into your customer base.

What happens to my customer’s data?

Referral information is used to run the qualification and the consented lender introduction, nothing else.

What if the financing does not come through?

There is no cost to you or your customer on a standard referral that does not complete, and the order can still proceed on whatever terms you would normally offer.

Vendor partner FAQs

Who can join as a vendor partner?

Equipment dealers, wholesalers, suppliers and agencies whose customers buy on finance. Joining is free and there is no minimum volume.

How is commission calculated?

A share of Capvant’s lending commission on each funded referral: 10% at Bronze, 15% at Silver and 20% at Gold. Tiers are set by funded deals over the trailing 12 months and upgrade automatically.

Does this replace my own finance offer?

No, it sits alongside it. Referring through Capvant reaches a wider lender panel when your own terms are not the fit, without extra work for your team.

How is a customer verified?

The customer applies through your link, a short application that takes about a minute. Capvant runs Companies House verification, the Capvant Check (our automated funding assessment) and the consented introduction to matching lenders, with no impact on their credit score.

When should I refer a customer?

At the moment they hesitate on price, quote time is the best conversion point, but you can refer at any stage from your portal.

When do I get paid?

Commission is attributed per referral and becomes payable once the deal funds. Statements, funded amounts and payout history sit in your partner portal.

How fast do referrals move?

Calls usually start within one working day and online offers within two. Timing varies with the amount and how complete the customer’s information is.

Can my sales team refer customers directly?

Yes. Anyone on your team can attach your referral link to a quote or add a customer in the portal; attribution is tracked to your partner account either way.
