What is SCOUT by Capvant?
It is the deal-adviser tool in the Capvant Suite. SCOUT lets you search the register for UK companies, shortlist targets, read each one Business Credit Score and risk grade, and run an automated due-diligence pass before you approach. The scoring comes from a proprietary Capvant model built on public-register and filed-accounts data.
Does looking up a target affect any credit score?
No. Searching, shortlisting or running a due-diligence pass on a company has no impact on your credit score, and none on the target company either. It leaves no footprint on any credit file.
What does the automated due-diligence pass cover?
It is powered by the Capvant Check™: the target is verified against the public register, its Business Credit Score and risk signals are pulled together, and overdue filings or other flags are surfaced, so you see a clear standing before you make an approach.
Who is SCOUT for?
