Check a company

VERIFY™ by Capvant reads the standing of a supplier or customer: the same Business Credit Score™, seen through a counterparty lens. Is it financially sound, are there charges or overdue filings, how has its grade moved. Set an alert if it changes. No impact on your credit score.
What it does
Look up any UK company
Search by company name and open the profile of any UK limited company. Every company on the public register has a Capvant profile.
See its score and risk signals
Read the company Business Credit Score™ and risk grade, whether there are charges or overdue filings, and how its risk grade has moved. A counterparty lens on financial standing, at a glance.
Monitor for changes
Set an alert on a counterparty and hear the moment its score or risk grade moves, so a change in a supplier or customer never catches you out.
Who it is for

The same Business Credit Score
VERIFY reads the same Business Credit Score™ an owner sees on their own company, turned around as a counterparty view so you can judge who you are trading with.
About the score →Alerts, powered by MONITOR
Change alerts on a counterparty run on the same watch as MONITOR™ by Capvant, so a shift in a supplier or customer standing reaches you the moment it happens.

What is VERIFY by Capvant?
It is the counterparty check in the Capvant Suite. VERIFY lets you look up any UK company, read its Business Credit Score and risk signals, and set an alert if its grade moves. The score comes from a proprietary Capvant model built on public-register and filed-accounts data.
Does checking a company affect my credit score or theirs?
No. Looking up a company, reading its score or setting an alert has no impact on your credit score or the company credit score. It leaves no footprint on any credit file.
What risk signals does VERIFY show?
The company Business Credit Score and risk grade, whether there are charges or overdue filings, and how its risk grade has moved over time. Enough to judge whether a counterparty is financially sound before you trade.
How do the change alerts work?
Set an alert on any company you deal with and you are told the moment its score or risk grade moves, so a shift in a supplier or customer standing reaches you early rather than after the fact.
Know who you are trading with.
Check any UK company standing, read its risk signals and set an alert if it moves. No impact on your credit score.
