Who this is for

The client who asks in the review meeting

A business owner raises funding while you are going through the numbers, and you want a real answer, not a guess or a generic bank referral.

The client already shopping elsewhere

They mention a cold call from a broker or a bank turning them down. You want to be the one who found the better option first.

The book you have never scored

Dozens of clients you have full visibility into but no structured way to see who is fundable right now, before they ask.

The practice building an advisory line

Outsourced CFOs and advisory-led practices adding funding guidance to the services they already sell, without hiring a broker.

What the programme gives your practice

Earn

A share of Capvant’s lending commission on every funded referral. Uncapped, tiered by volume, and tracked per referral so nothing gets lost between you and the funder.

Serve

A concrete answer for every funding conversation a client opens. One referral reaches the whole panel, and standard referrals carry no added cost for your client.

Grow

Fundability insight across your client book: see which clients are in a position to raise now, and open the conversation before they take it elsewhere.

How it works

1

Refer in minutes

Share your referral link, add the client in your partner portal, or (UK only) run them through Client Radar first to see who is ready. The application takes about a minute to start.

2

We qualify against the panel

Companies House verification and the Capvant Check, our automated funding assessment, run against the referral and match it to the lenders whose criteria it actually fits, not a generic list.

3

A consented introduction goes out

The client is introduced to the matching lenders only once they have agreed. Calls usually arrive within one working day and online offers within two.

4

You stay in the loop

Live status on every referred deal in your portal, from introduction to funded. The client stays yours: we arrange funding, we do not sell services that compete with your practice.

5

Commission lands automatically

Once a deal funds, commission is attributed to your account and shows in your statements. Nothing to invoice, nothing to chase.

Your partner toolkit

Client Radar, fundability reports and advisory letters run off UK Companies House data and are available to UK partners. Pre-qualification links and live status work in every market.

Client RadarUK

Score every client’s Business Credit Score and see who is ready for funding across your whole book. Add clients via Companies House search or a CSV upload; each is scored from public filings so you know who to refer before you ever start the conversation.

Fundability ReportsUK

Generate a clean, branded report for any client in a click, covering score, signals, filing timeline and recommended next steps. It gives you a concrete document to open a review meeting with, not a verbal opinion.

Advisory LettersUK

Turn a report into a plain-English letter on what is holding a client’s score back and how to fix it, sent under your name. It reads as advice from you, not a lender pitch, and gives you a natural reason to reopen the funding conversation.

Pre-qual Links

A tracked link so clients pre-qualify before they ever speak to a lender, with no impact on their credit score. Attribution is automatic, so nothing depends on the client mentioning you.

Live Deal Status

Every referral’s status, live, from introduction to funded. No chasing, no spreadsheet, updated the moment a lender replies.

Commission Statements

Funded amounts, tier progress and payout history, live in your portal, with nothing to invoice.

The commission model

A share of Capvant’s lending commission on each funded referral. Tiers are set by funded deals over the trailing 12 months and upgrade automatically. Nothing to negotiate, no cap, and identical across every edition of the programme.

What partners ask before joining

The questions that come up in the first conversation, answered plainly.

Who owns the client relationship?

You do, start to finish. Capvant arranges the funding only; the advisory work and the ongoing relationship stay entirely yours.

Will Capvant try to sell my client anything else?

No. Capvant runs the funding introduction and nothing beyond it. There is no cross-sell into your client base and no outreach outside the referral itself.

What happens to my client’s data?

Referral information is used to run the qualification and the consented lender introduction, nothing else. It is not sold or shared beyond that.

What if a deal does not fund?

There is no cost to you or your client on a standard referral that does not complete. The relationship carries on exactly as it did before you referred them.

Accountant partner FAQs

Who can join as an accountant partner?

Accountants, bookkeepers and outsourced CFOs whose clients are trading businesses. Joining is free and there is no minimum volume.

How is commission calculated?

A share of Capvant’s lending commission on each funded referral: 10% at Bronze, 15% at Silver and 20% at Gold. Tiers are set by funded deals over the trailing 12 months and upgrade automatically.

Does this compete with my advisory work?

No. Capvant arranges the funding only; we do not sell services that compete with your practice, and the client relationship stays yours throughout.

When do I get paid?

Commission is attributed per referral and becomes payable once the deal funds. Statements, funded amounts and payout history sit in your partner portal.

What tools do I get as a partner?

Client Radar to score your whole client book, one-click fundability reports and advisory letters under your name, plus a tracked pre-qual link and live status on every referral in your portal.

What products can I refer?

Term loans, invoice finance, asset finance, revenue-based finance, trade and stock finance, and bridging. Larger, structured requirements are handled as bespoke mandates; refer them the same way.

How fast do referrals move?

Calls usually start within one working day and online offers within two. Timing varies with the amount and how complete the client’s information is.

What does my client experience?
