The client stays yours. Capvant matches their request, the funder they choose provides the funding, and that is the extent of it. We do not use a referral as a route to sell your client something else, and we do not pass them to anyone they did not match with.
You do not take on any lending role by referring. You are not advising on credit, not underwriting and not a party to the funder’s agreement, which is the point of referring rather than broking.
