No. Your client sees the same terms either way.
No. Your commission comes out of what the funder pays Capvant, not out of your client’s agreement. A referred client sees exactly the terms they would have seen arriving on their own.
You should still tell them you are a Capvant partner and that you may be paid if they fund. It costs you nothing, it is what your own professional obligations are likely to require, and it is a great deal easier than explaining it afterwards.
