For lenders in the United States
Business funding referrals that fit your credit criteria.
Tell us which businesses you fund. Capvant matches consented funding requests to your criteria and brings your team a structured referral, with the documents already available. You decide what to fund.
A referral your team can work with.
Business demand captured through our marketplace brands, qualified in a structured funding request and sent with the information supplied or available on that referral.
US referrals use US business-identity fields, including state of formation where supplied.
- Business identity
- The business details supplied, such as legal name, entity type and time in business. State of formation is included where provided.
- Funding requirement
- The amount, product and purpose supplied with the request, alongside the information available for matching.
- Business contact
- The contact details supplied with the funding request, with role, phone number and email where available.
- Consent record
- The consent given for the introduction, associated with the deal reference.
- Available documents
- Bank statements and other files already supplied. Later uploads follow against the same reference.
- One deal reference
- The same reference across referral emails, documents, status updates and the Lender Hub.
Work from your inbox.
Or connect your systems.
One counterparty and one agreement across our marketplace brands. Choose the handoff that works for your team; a new portal is not a requirement.
Keep the deal moving.
Keep the record clear.
Update a referral by email, in the Hub or through your integration. Each update belongs to the same deal, so offers, decisions and new documents stay connected.
Tell us where it stands
Received, in review, an offer made or funded: send the current status through your chosen channel.
Make requests against the deal
Keep document requests and questions with the referral, rather than starting a separate conversation.
Give a reason when it is not a fit
A short decline reason helps us understand the mismatch against your criteria.
A straightforward working model.
The lending decision stays with your team. The referral process is agreed together.
What does joining cost?
Nothing to join. Capvant is funder-paid on standard panel referrals. The commercial structure is agreed for your products before going live.
Is there a minimum volume?
No commitment in either direction. Referral flow reflects three factors: product and lending-criteria fit, conversion, and the agreed commercial terms.
Do we need an integration?
No. You can receive referrals by email. The Hub, API and webhook options are available if they suit your process.
What happens before we receive referrals?
We review your criteria, agree the commercial terms and handoff, and test the agreed setup before it goes live. Sending an inquiry does not activate a lending arrangement.
Let’s see where
there is a fit.

Disclaimers & footnotes
- 1Capvant is a funding marketplace, not a lender. We match business owners with third-party funding partners; we do not make credit decisions, lend money, or set rates or terms. All funding decisions, rates, terms and approvals are made solely by the lenders in our network, subject to their criteria.
- 2Checking your options through Capvant does not affect your credit score. A lender may carry out a soft or hard credit search depending on the product, stage and your consent. A full hard credit check is only carried out where required by a lender before you proceed.
- 3Funding speed, including any reference to funding in as little as 24 hours, is typical for some products and lenders and is not guaranteed. Actual timescales depend on the lender, the product, and how quickly requested information and documents are provided.
- 4Funding amounts and ranges are indicative only and vary with your business profile, trading history, the lender and the market. Figures shown are not an offer of finance and do not guarantee any particular amount, rate or approval.
- 5Any offers, rates or repayment figures shown in illustrations or examples are for demonstration only and are not real quotes. Your actual offers, if any, are provided by lenders and are subject to approval.
- 6Product availability varies by market. Some products are only available in certain countries. Capvant currently serves businesses in the United States and the United Kingdom.
