Every offer has a validity window, and the funder sets it. Short-term working capital offers are often open for days rather than weeks; larger or secured facilities usually run longer because they take longer to complete.
The window and any conditions attached to it are stated in the offer itself. If you cannot see it, ask the funder before you plan around the money.
Two things commonly reopen terms even inside the window: information that turns out to be different from what was quoted on, and time. If your revenue, banking position or the requested amount moves materially, the funder can re-quote or withdraw. That is normal, and it is why an offer that is right for you is worth deciding on rather than sitting on.
Capvant does not extend, hold or renegotiate a funder’s window. If an offer lapses you can request again, and the market will price it fresh.
